kiss819 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) kiss819 account only. The existence of duplicate accounts, regardless of the circumstances of their creation, is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all accounts held by that individual and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, and a valid email address or phone number. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kiss819 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kiss819 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your login credentials adequately.

Notify kiss819 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

All transactions on the kiss819 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kiss819 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at kiss819's discretion.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kiss819.

The kiss819 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kiss819 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiss819 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, delays in game settlement, inaccurate odds feeds, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside kiss819's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, kiss819's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.

You may close your kiss819 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
